Returns & Core Charges


Customers may return an item that arrives at the Customer site in a damaged state. If the item is within warranty, they can be returned and the payment will be refunded under the inspection. If the item is within warranty, Energy Choice will be responsible for the shipping charges. Customers must receive Energy choice’s prior written approval before returning any item.

Customers who order an incorrect or unnecessary part may return items within thirty (30) days. Upon inspection, the payment will be refunded to the Customer minus a 10% restocking fee. The Customer will be responsible for shipping fees on the return. Customers must receive Energy Choice’s prior written approval before returning any part. Special order items may not be returned.

For core chargers, Energy Choice shall be responsible for shipping fees to the Energy Choice warehouse in Massachusetts.
