Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will depend on the goods to be shipped, the selected shipping method (Standard or Express) and the country of destination.

Standard Shipping

Shipping/freight is F.O.B. at an Energy Choice warehouse in Massachusetts, unless otherwise indicated. Standard shipping rates will apply to all shipments within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated and paid by the Customer at the Checkout. The standard shipping rates will depend on the goods to be shipped, the selected shipping method (Standard or Express) and the country of destination.

International Shipping

International shipping, to destinations outside of the United States and Canada, is charged separately. Customers will enter a shipping destination during Checkout. If the destination entered is international, shipping will be calculated automatically. If your country is not listed or for any reason shipping charge does not show on the checkout page, shipping charge will be calculated by an Energy Choice representative and will be charged to the Customer in a separate invoice. All shipping prices will be in US dollars.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping will be charged when customer chooses expedited shipping during Checkout. If expedited shipping is chosen and your option does not show up during checkout, shipping charge will be calculated automatically by an Energy Choice representative and will be charged to the Customer in a separate invoice.
